Behind the scenes, the Washington Secretary of State charges its own fees for same-day service: $15 per document, plus a flat $150 same-day walk-in fee that covers up to 10 documents in a single trip (an additional $100 applies per 10 documents beyond that). Both are built into the $225 same-day price above — nothing added later. Mail-in orders only carry the standard $15 per-document state fee, since there's no walk-in surcharge without a same-day trip. Rush is a flat trip fee regardless of how many documents travel together on that trip; get in touch to schedule one.
