What it costs
The $225 covers the apostille, the Secretary of State's fees, review at intake, notarization when needed, and standard UPS return. The rest is optional. Everything you'll pay is on the pricing page. Nothing is added later.

Standing accounts are billed per run against a card on file. No payment links to chase, no per-order back-and-forth.
Pickup, notarization, return
$50 per run covers pickup from your office and return to it. Anything that needs a notary is notarized at pickup.
Apostille agencies outside Washington: I handle your Washington-issued documents under your name. Wholesale and white-label arrangements are set up by email. Get in touch.

Sending from outside Washington?
Mail Washington-issued documents to me from anywhere in the country. They need to arrive by Wednesday. Standard UPS return is included; overnight return is $60. The mailing address comes with your order confirmation.
