Full service means full service: pickup and return for local firms, mail-in for firms and agencies elsewhere, return shipping at whatever speed the deadline needs, notarization when it's needed. One price, nothing added later. Everything you'll pay is on the pricing page.
How it works
Receive docs by Wednesday
Mailed in, or picked up from your office — either way, in my hands by Wednesday.
Checked at intake
Right copy, right signature, notarized if it needs to be. Problems surface Wednesday, not at the counter Thursday.
Carried to Olympia Thursday
I hand each document across the Secretary of State counter myself and wait while it's processed.
Back the same day
Shipped UPS that afternoon, or dropped back at your office on the return leg.

Washington-issued only — the Secretary of State can't apostille what another state issued.

Sending from outside Washington?
Mail Washington-issued documents to me from anywhere in the country. They need to arrive by Wednesday. Return shipping, standard or overnight, is included in the rate at whatever speed you need. The mailing address comes with your order confirmation.
